Once you've filled it out, your credit card will be charged the amount of your pledge on the 10th of each month.

Download the printable EFT enrollment form (PDF format), print it out, fill in the required information, then fax or mail your signed form to CIU.
Your EFT pledge to CIU will be deducted from your bank account on the 5th of each month.

What is CASE Matching?Last year 30 donors took advantage of a little known secret and doubled their giving, in some cased tripled, through their employer matching gift program. Through matching gift programs in the 2004 - 2005 fiscal year, CIU received close to $45,000 from corporations throughout the nation. One Student, One Class
Your gift, no matter the size makes a personal, significant difference in a student's life. The One Student - One Class breaks down the cost for a student to attend a class at CIU. We've broken down the cost to an understandable and practical level. The CIU alumni have adopted this as their 2008 - 2009 project and all are welcome to participate.
